Agreement between User and InsightsPPS / DISC Wizard / Nancy Roberts
By accessing or using the DISC Wizard Vault, you agree to the following Terms of Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the Vault materials.
1. Purpose of the Vault
The DISC Wizard Vault provides training resources, tools, worksheets, audios, videos, guides, and related materials designed to support leadership development, communication, hiring, training, retention, behavioral understanding, and team effectiveness.
All Vault materials are owned by InsightsPPS / DISC Wizard / Nancy Roberts and are protected by copyright, intellectual property, and proprietary rights laws.
2. License to Use the Materials
Your membership gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Vault materials for your own professional development and permitted internal business use.
You do not own the materials. You may not claim authorship, remove branding, or represent the materials as your own.
3. Permitted Internal Use
You may use the Vault materials inside your own organization with your own employees, staff, managers, leaders, or internal teams.
This includes use by:
• HR managers
• Internal trainers
• Business owners
• Executive leaders
• Managers and supervisors
• Team leaders responsible for developing their own staff
You may print, share, or present reasonable portions of the materials internally, as long as the materials remain branded as DISC Wizard materials and are not altered, repackaged, resold, or presented as your original work.
3A. Internal Rebranding by Written Permission Only:
If you would like to adapt, customize, or rebrand any Vault materials for internal use within your own organization, you must receive prior written permission from InsightsPPS / DISC Wizard / Nancy Roberts. Any approved internal rebranding must be limited to your own employees, staff, managers, leaders, or internal teams and may not be used with outside clients, customers, organizations, or third parties.
Unless written permission is granted, all Vault materials must retain DISC Wizard branding, copyright notices, and attribution.
4. Prohibited External or Commercial Use
You may not use the Vault materials to provide coaching, consulting, facilitation, training, workshops, courses, or paid services to outside clients, customers, organizations, or third parties.
This restriction applies especially to coaches, consultants, trainers, facilitators, speakers, content creators, agencies, and service providers.
You may not:
• Recreate, copy, adapt, or rebrand Vault materials as your own
• Sell or license the materials, in whole or in part
• Use the materials in client-facing programs, workshops, courses, or consulting engagements
• Upload the materials into another paid membership, course, resource library, or training platform
• Share your login or give others access to the Vault
• Remove DISC Wizard branding, copyright notices, or attribution
• Create derivative products, templates, workbooks, courses, or training programs based on the Vault materials for resale or client use
In plain English: you may use the materials to help your own staff. You may not use them to build your own competing offer, client program, or paid training product.
5. Artificial Intelligence Use
You may use private AI tools to help you understand, organize, summarize, or apply Vault materials for your own internal use, provided those tools do not use your inputs to train public or shared models.
You may not use Vault materials as source material to create new training programs, client deliverables, courses, worksheets, frameworks, articles, guides, or products for resale or external distribution.
You may not upload Vault materials into public AI systems, shared databases, training datasets, or any platform where the materials may become accessible to others or used to train a model.
6. No Transfer or Sharing of Access
Your Vault access is for you and your authorized internal team only, depending on the membership or license purchased.
You may not sell, transfer, share, sublicense, or assign your access to another person or organization without written permission from DISC Wizard.
7. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All Vault materials, including but not limited to written content, audios, videos, slides, guides, worksheets, graphics, frameworks, language, examples, and training concepts, remain the intellectual property of InsightsPPS / DISC Wizard / Nancy Roberts.
Nothing in this Agreement gives you ownership rights in the materials.
8. Enforcement
Unauthorized use of Vault materials causes harm that may be difficult to measure. If you violate these terms, DISC Wizard may immediately terminate your access without refund and pursue all available legal remedies.
You agree that DISC Wizard may seek injunctive relief, damages, recovery of attorney’s fees, and any other remedies available by law.
For unauthorized copying, resale, repackaging, redistribution, or client-facing commercial use, you agree that DISC Wizard may pursue liquidated damages of $25,000 per violation, or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is less, in addition to legal fees and other available remedies.
9. No Warranty
Vault materials are provided for educational and professional development purposes. DISC Wizard makes no guarantee of specific business, hiring, leadership, employee, financial, or organizational outcomes.
You are responsible for how you apply the materials within your own organization.
10. Termination
DISC Wizard may suspend or terminate your Vault access if you violate these terms, misuse the materials, share access improperly, or use the materials in a way that harms DISC Wizard or other members.
11. Updates to These Terms
DISC Wizard may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Vault after updates are posted means you accept the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
